Scholarship Reimbursement

All new Training Associates (TA) are expected to complete this program and must do so in order to be promoted to the Associate (A) level at a 45 % contract. The purpose of the Referral Contractor Trainee Program, is to help reimburse new Associates (also referred to as a “Referral Contractor”) for many of the startup expenses incurred, including:

Associate Membership fee
Pre-licensing education fees & licensing costs
Travel expenses
Business cards
Training, marketing materials & business cards
Computer expenses & software
Office supplies
And more.
